Refund policy

We want you to love your BRUHV.

If something isn’t quite right, unworn and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors or damage may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We’re happy to help when inventory is available.

Because BRUHV styles and sizes can sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement size will still be available.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
